National and International Delivery Information

Aruma Life delivers to Australia and New Zealand only. When you place your order directly from the Aruma Life Australia website, it will be delivered to the address specified when placing your order. Orders are delivered by road courier throughout Australia and Air Mail to New Zealand.

Delivery within Australia is usually between 3 to 7 days depending on your location, and 10 to 14 days for New Zealand customers. If there are any issues like stock shortages, we will notify you by email.

You will receive tracking details for your package when it has been collected. It is your responsibility to track your package and place any enquires regarding late deliveries.
