HOW TO USE
- Open the lid and inhale the aroma (fastest way)
- Add a few drops to your Aromatherapy Diffuser, Car Diffuser, or Diffuser Necklace.
- Add to your handmade skincare/cosmetics
- Mix with water for aroma spritz perfect for your home linen
- Mix with Jojoba oil or Fractionated coconut oil to use topically or as a massage oil
- Add to your bath (mix with oil or milk before adding to the bath)
DILUTION
- Various benefits of Chamomile Essential Oil can also be received through topical application. Add a few drops of Chamomile Oil to your preferred carrier oil at a 2-4% dilution and apply to the skin as a serum or massage oil.
- For facial application, we recommend a 1% dilution.
- Add 2-3 Drops to your bath mixed with a carrier oil or milk
